Structural Engineering Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Structural Engineering Team Lead to oversee our structural engineering projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the structural engineering team on multiple projects.
  • Review and guide the development of structural drawings, models, and construction documentation.
  • Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and construction teams for project integration.
  • Evaluate compliance with industry codes, project specifications, and BIM execution plans.
  • Perform design checks, clash detection, and model validation.
  • Mentor junior engineers and BIM modelers.
  • Monitor project progress, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Support in preparing technical reports, calculations, and documentation for approvals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in structural engineering and BIM/construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of structural design principles, building codes, and standards.
  • Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, Tekla, AutoCAD) and structural analysis tools (ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE).
  • Team management and coordinated BIM model delivery experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
