We have a vacancy for a field-based role that requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service with frequent travel.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and technical support for our products across customer sites in India.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working on-site and are able to diagnose issues efficiently and resolve warranty complaints.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair Tayal & Co. products at customer locations.
  • Diagnose issues efficiently and resolve warranty complaints.
  • Provide on-site technical support and training to customers.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for escalations and quick resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, visits, and complaint status.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company service protocols.
  • Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
  • Desired Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems.
  • Troubleshooting and repair expertise in industrial or railway equipment.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and across India.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proactive, reliable, and committed to service excellence.

Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required. Freshers and experienced candidates welcome.
