Automobile MIS Manager Position

Job Title: MIS Manager for Automobile Company
Job Summary:
Aims Global Consultants is seeking an experienced MIS Manager to join our team in Kolkata. As an MIS Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's computer systems, ensuring their availability and security, and providing regular reports to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Updating Data Tracker and MIS Dashboard on a daily basis
- Oversee the availability and security of company computer systems
- Measure computer system performance and upgrade systems as necessary
- Recommend system-wise changes when appropriate
- Provide regular reports to senior management
- Stock reconciliation on a daily basis
- Every Month end check branch reporting with the branch database extract data in Excel
- Publish daily and monthly site reporting using Advance Excel (Hlookup, Vlookup, Sumif, If error, Pivot Table, Chart, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation etc.).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Min. 08-10 years experience in MIS
- 05+ years experience supervising employees
- Detailed knowledge of computers, IT systems and Advance Excel
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Leadership and communication skills
