Business Development Manager - North

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our North region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management and sales, with a proven track record of driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Development: Enhance and develop Paytm Insider's brand presence in the North region.
  • Opportunity Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various genres and the entertainment ecosystem.
  • Negotiations and Deals: Lead negotiations for new business contracts and deals.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans and strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales efforts and revenue growth through targeted business development initiatives.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the client servicing, marketing, and product development teams.
  • Proposal Management: Oversee the creation and submission of proposals and bids.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends and customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in the event industry in account management, with a minimum of 3-4 years in sales.
