About the Role

We're seeking a skilled professional to develop and implement Employee Relations strategies that foster strong relationships with colleagues.

This role is focused on advancing Employee Relations practices and people strategy, while building subject matter expertise in employment and employee relations issues.

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with business consultants across the organization.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations matters.
  • Evaluate and review employment decisions to resolve employee concerns efficiently and fairly.
  • Design and implement data-driven ER models and trending analysis to inform strategic decisions and enhance consultant experiences.
  • Leverage consultant referrals and redeployment to generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage a caseload of high-complexity ER matters and internal investigations.
  • Collaborate with service delivery managers to strengthen consultant retention and engagement.
