Mortgage Operations Specialist

New American Funding (NAF) India, a mortgage lending company with technology at its core, is seeking a Mortgage Operations Specialist. Our intelligent servicing platform supports end-to-end mortgage processing from application to final payment.

We are a business operations team providing processing, underwriting, and mortgage closing services. As a Mortgage Operations Specialist, you will perform back-end operations in the US Mortgage domain requiring strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Developing a thorough understanding of procedures and processes by participating in knowledge transfer sessions is essential. Responsibilities include operational activities aligned with procedural requirements such as document review and indexing.

Achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) like productivity and quality is crucial for success. The ideal candidate should have excellent English language skills, be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and possess basic Excel knowledge.
