Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned software development professional to lead our technology projects. With extensive experience in software development, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving project delivery and ensuring timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement large-scale software solutions using Microsoft .NET, C#, and SQL Server technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality software products within agreed timelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 6-10 years of experience in software development with a strong background in Microsoft .NET, C#, and SQL Server.
  • Expertise in web development technologies including ASP.NET, JavaScript, and ReactJS.
  • Familiarity with legacy development products such as ASP.NET MVC, VB.NET, and legacy .NET Framework versions is beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and products.
  • Experience with code analysis or automated testing tools.

Qualifications

  • First-class bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale technology projects on time and within budget.
  • Ability to take a lead role in a delivery-focused environment and motivate team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Independent and self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.
