Position Overview

We are currently seeking a lead developer to contribute to the design and development of intuitive front-end applications and distributed backend microservices. We value modular, reusable software architecture. In this role, you will contribute to the technical architecture of the product as well as research and evaluation of new technical solutions while coordinating between interdisciplinary teams to shape the perfect solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize JD Edwards running on an IBM I for 3+ years
  • Familiarity with JD Edwards (Sales Order, Distribution, Purchasing, Financials, World Writers)
  • JDE database expertise
  • Ecommerce shopping cart application knowledge
  • Test plan creation and execution against software enhancements (1-3 years)
  • Thorough Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Leadership, teaching, mentoring, organizational skills and establishing effective working relationships at the management level
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Proven experience with programming languages and software development methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
