About the Role

Sales Team Lead is responsible for increasing sales of distributors by offering training and meeting more customers.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Contact and physical meeting with retail shops/dealers/distributors to inform them about Loom Solar products and offerings
  • Cold calling to prospective customers/dealers to identify sales opportunities
  • Lead generation for dealer networks to increase sales
  • Negotiation with dealers to sell our products only if competitors are offering similar prices
  • Prepare quotations and share with dealers for their order requirements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Preferred Graduate/MBA candidate with 12 years of experience in the solar/power backup industry
  • Great communication skills, fluency in both English and Hindi
  • An attitude to get things done, willing to work minimum 2 years
  • Rigorous follow-up and negotiation skills to build relationships with dealers/distributors
