Job Purpose:The primary responsibility of this role is to increase sales revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve processes
- Minimum 12 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the solar energy industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with experience in lead generation, customer relationship management, and sales strategy development
