Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

Are you an experienced professional looking to take charge of managing complex IT systems?

  • We are seeking a skilled system administrator to oversee the management, monitoring, and maintenance of our servers, networks, and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing and monitoring servers, networks, and IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
  2. Installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows/Linux systems to meet business needs.
  3. Handling user management, access control, and IT support to ensure seamless operations.
  4. Monitoring system performance and implementing solutions to ensure uptime and reliability.
  5. Applying security patches, antivirus, and backup solutions to protect against potential threats.
  6. Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime.
  7. Collaborating with teams to ensure business continuity and achieve organizational goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5-8 years of experience as a System / IT Administrator with a strong background in Windows and Linux environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, VPN, and other relevant technologies.
  • Proficiency in backup and recovery tools, system monitoring, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
