We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of cloud infrastructure projects.

This role combines project management, systems administration oversight, and client-facing responsibilities to ensure the performance, security, and scalability of cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cloud infrastructure projects using Agile/Scrum or traditional methodologies.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Agile principles.
  • Oversee projects end-to-end, including planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent professional experience is mandatory.
  • 5+ years in systems administration, with at least 3 years managing AWS environments.
  • 4+ years in project management or Scrum Master roles in IT or cloud-based environments.
  • 2+ years of client-facing experience, including requirements gathering and solution delivery.

Strong technical skills in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation) and knowledge of Windows and Linux systems administration are required.

Leadership and Soft Skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to motivate, mentor, and manage technical teams.

Flexibility to work late-night shifts for system maintenance, project deadlines, and global client needs is required.
