Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using GitLab CI, AWS Code Pipeline, and other DevOps tools.
  • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and services in AWS, leveraging native services like EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, etc.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash, Python, or other scripting languages to streamline operations.
  • Implement and manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and/or OpenShift.
  • Use AWS CDK (Cloud Development Kit) to define cloud infrastructure in code and manage deployments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS services, cloud security, deployment processes, and system performance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps practices and cloud engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services and infrastructure management.
  • 2+ years of scripting experience using Bash, Python, or similar languages.
  • 2+ years of working with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, AWS Code Pipeline, etc.
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering and related field.
