Senior IT Auditor Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Auditor to join our organization.

This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, India.

About the Position

This role plays a key part in ensuring the effective management of risk and audit activities across our operations.

The successful candidate will lead the IT audit focus team and collaborate with other teams to perform and assist internal audits, as well as evaluate and improve internal controls.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute internal audits and reviews for operational business processes, focusing on cyber risks and opportunities.
  • Coordinate and report on risk management, internal control, and internal audit activities in close collaboration with other functions.
  • Provide coaching and development for team members in areas such as IT general controls, application controls, and technical expertise.
  • Participate in risk assessments, assist in audit planning, and scope audits, including IT general controls, automated controls, RPA, and IT projects.
  • Support and monitor the follow-up implementation of corrective actions by management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in IT auditing or a related field.
  • Masters degree in IT, business, or economics.
  • Qualified as an IT auditor (e.g., CISA, RE, or equivalent).
  • Level BEC B1/B2 or higher Business English.
  • Strong independent mindset and international stakeholder management experience.
  • Able to travel approximately 20-30% of the time.
