, About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have 20 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in valves, flow control or capital equipment.

  • Develop strategic sales plans for severe service valves, industrial dampers, and Nencini-brand water control valves.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Identify and build relationships with key clients such as EPCs, consultants, plant managers, and procurement heads.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and exhibitions.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and margin targets.
, Requirements

The successful candidate will possess a B.E./Diploma in Mechanical or Instrumentation; an MBA is preferred. Additionally, they should have experience working with engineered or fabricated valves, flow control, or process equipment. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential. A minimum of 8 years' experience in a leadership role is required.
