Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Lead to oversee all paid marketing efforts across platforms. This role requires expertise in strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, as well as strong analytical skills and experience with tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, and AppsFlyer.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Lead budget planning and ROI tracking with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
- Build and manage a high-quality performance marketing funnel.
- Rapidly experiment with creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with creative, product, and data teams to drive conversion rate optimization and campaign impact.
- 6–10 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale ad budgets.
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, and AppsFlyer.
- Bias for action, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.
