Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent digital marketing skills and be able to think creatively, ensuring the development of high-performing ads and their measurement.

This role is responsible for managing Meta Ads & Google ads for performance marketing, creating and optimizing campaigns across various channels to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS), innovating new campaign ideas, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Meta Ads & Google ads for performance marketing
  • Creating and optimizing campaigns across various channels to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Innovating and developing new campaign ideas, sharing them with the team
  • Collaborating with the design and content teams to create best-in-class marketing campaigns optimized for new user acquisition, conversion, relevance, and customer preferences
  • Working closely with team leads to create and drive strategy with prioritized initiatives to deliver the highest returns on performance marketing spends
  • Tracking and measuring campaign-level, ad-set level, and ad-level performance, providing actionable insights
  • Driving and tracking KPIs like revenue, conversions, cost per acquisition (CPA), cost per install (CPI), etc. daily and preparing performance reports
  • Staying up-to-date with online marketing trends, best practices, and keeping strategies current
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders on campaign production schedules, modifying activities, and notifying stakeholders of relevant outcomes, fluctuations, and plans
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience running Google and Facebook ads extensively
  • Managed marketing budgets of at least 30 lakhs or more
  • At least 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing
  • Experience running ads on lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and interest-based audiences
