Job Title: Performance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Professional to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing department, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive student acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Create and manage high-performing ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic ads, and media buying.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
  • Manage budgets efficiently and allocate resources effectively to maximize lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in running paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.), programmatic ads, and media buying.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, DV360, and Excel.
