Senior SAP Embedded Analytics Specialist Position

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive SAP Embedded Analytics solutions to meet client needs.
  • Oversee projects, manage teams, and ensure timely delivery of top-notch solutions.
  • Drive strategic insights and continuous improvement in SAP Embedded Analytics processes and systems.
  • Engage with clients, establish effective communications, promote management consultancy services, scope client requirements, and present clear proposals.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, maintain focus on overall deliverables, agree, and apply contractual terms of engagement.
  • Convey ideas and thoughts clearly using effective verbal and non-verbal communication techniques in formal and informal situations.
  • Use presentation tools and techniques to engage audiences, produce clear client correspondence, and reports, selecting the most appropriate style to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Manage, develop, and appraise others, delegating where appropriate, seeking support from peers when needed.
  • Understand and leverage expertise alongside own, effectively network to research and define client issues, generate innovative solutions, and inform delivery solutions.
  • Select and use diagnostic tools, methods, and techniques actively seeking out new and appropriate tools, capturing and building knowledge in defined processes, sharing knowledge and experiences with others.
  • Apply knowledge, tools, and technical expertise to support value creation, tailoring to specific client needs.
  • Effectively manage client projects, ensuring objectives, deadlines, and budgets are met by team members under own control.
  • Competently use planning tools and milestones, demonstrating ability to assess form and allocate work streams, managing own time and that of others to meet deadlines.
  • Operate competently in all areas of project delivery, manage medium-risk projects (high complexity) working with others.
  • Identify, quantify, and manage issues impacting delivery of project, ensuring quality of own deliverables and those of the team.
  • Monitor and measure client satisfaction, working with clients to determine handover process, ensuring skills transfer, sustainability of results, and knowledge capture as appropriate for the project.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CDS views, AMDP, SQL scripting, SAP HANA modeling, ABAP/CDS, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, OData services.
  • SAP Embedded Analytics, SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and other SAP modules.
  • Proficiency in developing CDS views, AMDP with deep knowledge of SQL scripting and SAP HANA modeling.
  • Strong understanding of SAP HANA architecture, performance tuning, and data management techniques.
  • Familiarity with ABAP programming and SAP HANA SQL Script.
  • Flexible to work in shifts based on project requirement, excellent communication, client management, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
