Overview:
The role of Senior Associate is responsible for supporting all components of incentive compensation design and implementation. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to deliver effective IC plans that drive desirable behavior and produce performance. In this role, you will utilize your understanding of corporate, product strategy and operational / compliance constraints to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and compliance with regulations.
- Utilize SQL and advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data, evaluate performance metrics, and generate insightful reports for sales operations and management.
- Assist in call planning and targeting strategies by leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence to optimize sales force effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Life Sciences, etc.).
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on IC design and operations or call plan and targeting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Knowledge of call planning and targeting methodologies, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales force effectiveness.
- Sound understanding of IC plans and admin concepts, Goal Setting, and IC Health Check to support client with Sales ops activities.
- Experience with sales force automation tools and systems.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive, highly motivated and good work ethic.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
