Senior Influencer Marketing Executive

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Influencer Marketing professional to develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Outreach & Campaign Management: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers across various social media platforms.
  • Develop and execute influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals and KPIs.
  • Content Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with influencers to create authentic, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
  • Ensure that content adheres to brand guidelines and is optimized for performance.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, including reach, engagement, and ROI metrics.
  • Provide detailed reports and insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the brand, product, and creative teams to align influencer activities with marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate with agencies to execute campaigns effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the beauty/wellness industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in using influencer marketing tools such as HypeAuditor, Qoruz, or similar platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness products.
