Chief Digital Transformation Consultant

This role will play a key part in helping customers navigate their digital transformation journey. You will be responsible for understanding customer issues, designing solutions, and facilitating the deployment of these solutions to meet the clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities">- ">
- Develop proposals by owning parts of the proposal document and giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.">
- Plan configuration activities, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design.">
- Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops, and prepare effort estimates that suit the customer's budgetary requirements.">
- Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality value-adding solutions to customers.">
The ideal candidate should have:
">- ">
- Functional knowledge of financial planning processes like revenue planning, product cost planning, profitability planning, workforce planning, opex planning, capex planning, P&L planning, balance sheet, and cash flow planning.">
- Minimum 2-3 full lifecycle experience in SAP Planning technologies like SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP BPC (BPC Standard or Embedded in any of the following versions 10.1, 11, 11.1, 2021).">
- Must have 6-12 months experience in working on SAC Planning implementations. Excellent knowledge of integration of SAP Analytics Cloud with S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Native HANA, DWC (Import and Write back).">
- SAC Planning hands-on knowledge on data modeling, preparing datasets, merging, appending, custom hierarchies, custom calculation, grouping, formatting values, data wrangling, and knowledge of core SAP Analytics cloud planning features like Predictive planning etc.">
Preferred skills include technology such as SAP Functional - SAP BPC and SAP Analytics Cloud - SAP Analytics Cloud.
">Additional Responsibilities">Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth, and increase business profitability is required. Additionally, good knowledge on software configuration management systems is needed, along with awareness of latest technologies and industry trends.
">Logical thinking and problem-solving skills, along with ability to collaborate are essential. Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available is also required.
">Ability to assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions is necessary. One or two industry domain knowledge is preferred, as well as client interfacing skills.
