Job Title: Production Coordinator

The role of the Production Coordinator is multifaceted, requiring strong organizational and leadership skills. They will oversee studio and offsite operations, ensuring a smooth shoot process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-Production Coordination:
    • Handle pre-production logistics
    • Organize and manage all pre-production tasks, including content sorting and preparation
  • Production Management:
    • Oversee and organize studio operations, including lighting, set design, and actor preparation
    • Manage multi-camera filming to ensure high-quality footage and smooth transitions
    • Guide cameramen during shoots to ensure sound, lighting, and focus are properly controlled
    • Handle studio maintenance and equipment responsibility
  • Footage Management:
    • Ensure proper storage and handling of recorded content
Qualifications:
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in production coordination
    • Familiarity with multi-camera setups and production equipment
  • Skills:
    • Organizational skills for managing pre-production and studio operations
    • Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Understanding of lighting, set design, cameras
    • Knowledge of studio maintenance and post-production processes
