You will work at the intersection of technology, product, and business, orchestrating delivery across engineering, data, and product teams. From day one, you will set delivery frameworks, drive programme governance, and lead high-impact initiatives that shape how financial services adopt AI globally.

  • Define and implement delivery frameworks, agile practices, and programme governance for AI initiatives
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex AI programmes, from scoping to deployment and adoption
  • Drive alignment between engineering, data, and product teams to ensure milestones, budgets, and outcomes are met
  • Anticipate delivery risks and resolve blockers, ensuring projects scale on time and within scope
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure that delivery outcomes align with commercial goals and customer impact

This is a pivotal leadership role within a rapidly scaling fintech, designed to ensure that ambitious AI initiatives move from strategy to execution at pace and scale.

The ideal candidate has experience as an experienced delivery leader or programme manager with a background in AI, digital transformation, or large-scale technology programmes.
