Job Opportunity

The Professional Services Consultant plays a central role in deploying and implementing data protection solutions and identity and access management solutions in customer enterprise environments. Key to success is the ability to understand customer needs and provide high-quality, accurate consulting services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist engagement specialists to scope complex projects and define deployment plans for Thales products.
  • Set up conference calls with customers to review project plans, pre-requisites, and best practices.
  • Provide onsite or remote consulting services and support to customers with a focus on high quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Authentication and Identity Management Solutions: Knowledge of authentication protocols and experience with two-factor authentication using one-time passcodes.
  • Network and Database Administration: Understanding of network principles and protocols, database administration (Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL, DB2, Informix), and system administration (Linux/Unix).
  • Cryptography and Security Background: Knowledge of cryptography and security concepts, including PKI, digital signatures, encryption, certificates, HSM, and cryptographic APIs.
  • Cloud and Virtualization Experience: Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, VMWare) and virtualization (VMWare, Xen, KVM, Docker).
