Job Overview:

The Product Planning and Development Manager will be responsible for driving the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle.

  • Support strategic product planning, development lifecycle, and product launch cycles for our offerings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, communicate, and implement the product segment strategy.
  • Participate in sprint planning discussions to refine product backlogs.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.
  • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum 4-10 years of product experience in the US healthcare domain.
  • Prior Product Management experience is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in technology and healthcare product platforms is a must.
  • Expertise in Revenue Cycle Management/Clinical or other areas within the healthcare domain.
  • Able to understand and communicate the vision of the solution and drive details.

Key Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated and driven with the ability to envision future product direction.
  • Comfortable discussing different types of IT systems integrated with products.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to converse in English and Malayalam.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive product research and competitor analysis.
  • Liaise directly with technology development resources.
  • Lead effective communication, company readiness, release, roll out, and positioning of our offerings.
  • Update and maintain CRM/Jira for internal tracking.
  • Work on Hubspot Ticketing system to resolve client issues.
  • Generate monthly usage reports and publish for accounting purposes.
