Lead Product Designer Role OverviewJob Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Lead Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design of AI-first interfaces that support healthcare professionals in delivering personalized care. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user experience, clinical protocols, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Apply strategic thinking and systems-level design to create user experiences that align with our mission to provide integrated healthcare solutions.
  2. Balance user needs, clinical requirements, and business objectives when designing for multiple platforms (web for doctors, mobile for patients).
  3. Use qualitative and quantitative research to understand doctor and patient workflows; synthesize insights into user journeys, personas, and opportunities.
  4. Collaborate closely with product managers, physicians, engineers, data scientists, and insurance specialists to validate hypotheses, plan sprints, and ensure successful execution.
  5. Explore and prototype new interaction patterns, including conversational UI, adaptive dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows; iterate rapidly to test with users.
  6. Own the design craft from low-fidelity sketches and information architecture to polished UI and micro-interactions; ensure accessibility and compliance with medical and insurance regulations.
  7. Define and evangelize design principles, frameworks, and processes that improve efficiency and consistency across our products.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in leading product design teams and driving design innovation.
  • Deep understanding of user experience design principles, human-centered design, and service design.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality design outputs.
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
