Healthcare Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage the development and launch of our company's global digital hub serving healthcare professionals.

This role requires overseeing product development, working closely with development teams to ensure products meet business requirements, are delivered on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a deep understanding of healthcare marketing technology, and experience in Agile development methodology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and Communicate Product Vision:
  • Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and development teams.
  • Work closely with development teams to create and prioritize product backlog items.
  • Ensure Product Requirements are Clearly Defined:
  • Ensure all product requirements are clearly defined and documented.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to create user stories and wireframes.
  • Conduct Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends in the healthcare industry.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet technical and business requirements.
  • Manage Product Roadmap and Release Schedule:
  • Manage the product roadmap and release schedule for healthcare marketing technology products.
  • Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product quality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology / Healthcare company.
  • Strong technical background with experience in software development processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in Agile development methodology and tools such as JIRA.
  • Experience in healthcare marketing technology products is a must.
