Job Overview

This is a critical leadership role for an experienced cybersecurity professional to oversee and implement strategic security initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Security Strategy & Governance:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust security policies, procedures, and controls aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to build a comprehensive security program that addresses emerging threats and regulatory requirements.
  • Threat & Vulnerability Management:
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate potential security risks across networks, systems, applications, and cloud environments.
  • Lead vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits to ensure compliance and resilience.
  • Incident Response & Investigation:
  • Lead incident response efforts, including containment, root cause analysis, and remediation to minimize downtime and damage.
  • Develop and maintain an incident response plan and conduct regular tabletop exercises to ensure readiness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Cybersecurity Expertise: In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, principles, and best practices.
  • Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to drive strategic security initiatives.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with security monitoring, forensics, and incident response tools and technologies.
