Job Title: Construction Site Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Site Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • To supervise and coordinate construction site operations, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety protocols and company procedures.
  • To manage and maintain accurate records of site progress, including daily logs, time sheets, and equipment maintenance records.
  • To conduct regular inspections of the site, identifying and reporting any potential hazards or defects.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4-5 years' experience in a similar role within the oil and gas industry.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of construction workers.
  • Solid understanding of scaffolding principles, including erection, inspection, and maintenance procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or civil engineering.
  • OSHA certification and/or equivalent experience.
