Job Title: Project Manager Civil

As a seasoned Construction Professional, you will lead our Civil and Interior works execution team.

  • Minimum 14 to 17 years' experience in Project and Construction Management, overseeing Retail Show Rooms, Hotels, and Commercial Interiors.
  • Responsible for Civil, Interior work, and MEP works, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
  • Managed a team size of 20 Engineers & Supervisors, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Experienced in Stone Cladding of Façade, both Wet & Dry Cladding.
  • Inspect interior fit out, finishes, FF&E, Loose furniture, comparing with drawings and specifications.
  • Measure and check building materials for quality, identifying defects and suggesting corrections.
  • Monitor and report work progress to the VP Engineering.
  • Assist Site teams & coordinate with PMO for verification, validation, and certification of bills.
  • Responsible for QA & QC, preparing snag lists, and following up with contractors.
  • Coordinate with vendors, sub-contractors, and vendors for quality assurance at site.
  • Ensure all works are carried out as per approved design drawings, documents, contract technical specifications, and quality plans.
  • Conduct and monitor daily work progress, reviewing manpower requirements and allocating work fronts.
  • Issue non-compliance reports for deviations or variances noticed at site.
  • Monitor material availability and forecast requirements, informing the PMO in advance.
  • Meet schedules and targets assigned by the VP, raising flags on missing targets.
  • Track planned vs. Actual progress in terms of Schedule, Resources, and Cost.
  • Implement safe practices, ensuring a safe and accident-free site.
  • Coordinate with Civil and M&E departments for smooth work flow.
  • Working knowledge of AUTOCAD & MS PROJECT is mandatory.
  • Experience handling project cost estimation, approvals, site expenses, and coordinating with PMO is essential.
