Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Requirements: Must be willing to travel to various locations throughout India for project site visits and meetings.
  • Conduct thorough technical due diligence on projects to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of MEP systems and local authority approvals processes.
  • Review and approve all drawings and BOQs for projects to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Plan and manage project milestones, procurement plans, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure attention to detail and adherence to quality standards at every stage of construction.
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Apply logical thinking to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement value engineering measures.
  • Provide constructability reviews and recommend mitigation measures during pre-construction and construction stages.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues and provide support to other teams as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders through regular updates and reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of minutes, decisions, and actions taken during project execution.
  • Use construction management software and tools to track progress and stay organized.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 02-04 years of experience in project management, preferably in the workspace fit-out industry.
  • Strong background in team management and leadership.
  • Good research skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple projects.

Qualifications:

  • B.E/B. Tech Electrical/Mechanical degree from a recognized institution.
  • Graduation must be through a full-time day course.
  • Specialized in MEP systems.
