As a Company Secretary, you will be responsible for managing board member relations and organising board meetings. You will review policies and procedures to meet corporate governance requirements and maintain statutory records as required under Companies Act and rules made thereunder. Additionally, you will manage shareholder relations and organise shareholder meetings.
