Job Title: Creative Visionary

Role: Lead Design Strategist/ Visual Content Creator

As a highly skilled Creative Visionary, you will set the visual tone for brands and oversee campaign communication plans to completion. You will collaborate with brand strategy, creative copy, and brand associate teams to develop innovative content that enhances brand awareness and solidifies consideration.

You'll partner with internal and external teams to deliver on our promise of impactful storytelling. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the brand team to interpret creative briefs, understand brand objectives, and design requirements from concept to execution.
  • Apply strategic design thinking to solve brand challenges.
  • Lead the visual direction across digital, social, and design mediums to develop and produce engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Prepare concept mood boards for brand reviews, photoshoots, campaign ideas, and scripts.
  • Design cross-channel creative expressions – digital, print, motion, and design.
  • The creative deliverables include brand identity design, digital communication design, website design, packaging design, and campaign communication design.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and design standards and stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in visual communications.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects & Premiere Pro.
  • Breadth of style and design capability to deliver designs for brands.
  • Genuine passion for pop culture and advertising/marketing.

Experience:

Up to 2 years' of digital design and advertising experience.
