We are seeking a skilled FP&A Manager to lead and support a team of analysts in delivering timely divisional analytics packs with actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Team Delivery: Oversee the delivery of divisional analytics packs with actionable insights, ensuring timely completion and high-quality output.
  • Service Delivery: Own service delivery as per defined SLAs with business divisions, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • FP&A Transformation: Drive FP&A transformation initiatives to simplify, automate, and optimize planning & analysis tasks, improving overall performance.
  • Business Partnership: Partner with divisional finance teams to understand business dynamics and their financial impact, providing valuable insights.
  • Annual Planning: Lead annual planning by collaborating with multiple key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective decision-making.
  • Close and Forecast Activities: Coordinate close and forecast activities, system loads, result analysis, and prepare content for senior leadership reviews, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Deep-Dive Financial Analytics: Develop sustainable content for monthly business reviews (MBRs) and deliver deep-dive financial analytics for decision-making, enabling informed decisions.
  • Critical Reporting Capabilities: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance critical reporting capabilities, improving data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • CA Qualification: CA qualification (mandatory) with 12+ years of post-CA Finance experience, demonstrating strong expertise.
  • Relevant Expertise: Relevant FP&A expertise, ideally within the FMCG sector, showcasing knowledge and experience.
  • BI Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar), enabling efficient data analysis.
  • Financial and Commercial Reporting Knowledge: Strong financial and commercial reporting knowledge, providing valuable insights.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, driving effective outcomes.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills: Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, building strong relationships.
  • Independence and Teamwork: Ability to thrive independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing needs.
