Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to lead our organization's financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle EPM – HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) and FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close).
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support the HFM and FCCS application.
- Implement end-to-end HFM/FCCS solutions that meet business requirements.
- Develop and deliver reports to stakeholders, including management and narrative reporting capabilities.
- Integrate and automate financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- 8-15 years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM – HFM (Hyperion Financial Management), FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close).
- Excellent functional knowledge with relevant educational qualifications, such as CPA/CA/M.Com/MBA (Finance).
- Experience in configuring and supporting the HFM and FCCS application.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable interacting with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate core consulting skills, ability to conduct demos and assignments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ARCS, TRCS, Planning.
