The role of an English as an Additional Language (EAL) Teacher is to create engaging lessons and provide personalized support to students who are learning English as their second language.

This is a full-time on-site position located in Pune for an EAL Teacher. Daily tasks include planning and delivering lessons, creating educational content, assessing student progress, and providing training and support to help students develop language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver effective lessons aimed at improving students' English language skills
  • Create educational content and materials to support teaching and learning
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Provide individualized support and training to help students overcome language barriers

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Lesson Planning and Education
  • Effective Communication and Teaching skills
  • Experience in Training and Professional Development
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Organizational Skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a school community
  • Relevant teaching qualifications and experience required
  • Experience in an international school environment is beneficial
