Expert Educator Role

About the Position:

We seek an experienced expert educator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and reviewing items for large-scale assessments and surveys administered to millions of learners worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise in psychometrics, educational measurement, and large-scale testing programs to support PARAHK
  • Frame problems and propose solutions to establish PARAHK
  • Design and lead research studies, overseeing Psychometricians' work
  • Consult clients on psychometric and data issues related to conducting large-scale assessment programs
  • Complete statistical plans and review results for reasonableness and accuracy
  • Prepare reports and presentations of project study results
  • Represent our organization and collaborate with clients
  • Coordinate work with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Conduct seminars on psychometric issues
  • Coach and mentor staff
  • Participate in interviewing and training staff

Requirements:

  • A master's degree in Educational Measurement, English Literature, Linguistics, Quantitative Psychology, Statistics, or a closely related field with experience leading psychometric analysis and demonstrated expertise in educational measurement and psychometrics
  • 5-6 years of experience working on learning assessment, developing English language content, test item design, and capacity building - specifically in Languages (English)
  • Experience working on at least three equivalent capacity building projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • One or more years of experience in educational measurement, quantitative psychology, or statistics, or teaching with experience using R, SAS, SPSS, or other statistical computer packages
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with data visualization software like Tableau or Power BI
  • Must live in Delhi NCR for this role
