Job Title: Linguistic Content Specialist

About this role:

We seek a highly analytical and detail-oriented linguist to support AI training initiatives and linguistic content creation. The ideal candidate has a strong academic background in linguistics and a passion for language, technology, and clear communication.

This role involves creating or editing linguistically rich content, including grammar guides, syntactic analyses, usage explanations, or examples for NLP pipelines. You will also identify and resolve issues related to ambiguity, bias, and grammaticality.

Key responsibilities include performing quality assurance on model outputs for fluency, tone, factual accuracy, and language appropriateness, annotating linguistic datasets with syntactic, semantic, or pragmatic labels, and supporting internal teams by conducting linguistic research and summarizing findings.

A Master's or PhD in Linguistics or a related field is required. Experience with computational linguistics, corpus analysis, language data annotation, LLM training is a plus. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills are essential.

This role plays a crucial part in shaping the capabilities of large language models (LLMs) and NLP-based systems through high-quality linguistic data curation, annotation, and evaluation.

The successful candidate will apply linguistic knowledge to evaluate model behavior, error patterns, and generalization issues. They will work closely with internal teams to ensure the development of accurate and effective language models.
