Job Title: Expert Technical Architect

Job Description:

As a technical architect, you will play a key role in designing and implementing large-scale data warehousing solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful deployment of these solutions, which will enable our organization to make data-driven decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong experience with advanced SQL development, including stored procedures and optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in working with external tables, NZLOAD for file loading and unloading, and materialized views.
  • Experience with AWS Redshift or Netezza, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role.
  • Strong Unix/Linux shell scripting skills and ability to interpret data models (3NF or Kimbal) and code SQL accordingly.
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket/Git/Sourcetree, and automated test scripts using Unix.
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to implement end-to-end BI DWH applications.
Good to Have:
  • Understanding of control M, IBM CDC, EC2, and other related technologies.
  • Experience with Agile ways of working and knowledge of insurance domain would be an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of reporting tools like Tableau or Cognos and AWS services.
