Seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of ServiceNow for Workday HR systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing and quality assurance, with experience in designing and executing test cases for employee processes that cross multiple systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and execute comprehensive testing plans for ServiceNow integrations with Workday
  • Evaluate the performance of integrated systems under different loads
  • Maintain thorough test documentation, including test plans, cases, and results

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow Tester
  • Strong understanding of Workday HR and Colleague experience
  • Expertise in workflow automation and data exchange between ServiceNow and Workday
  • Experience with performance testing and regression testing
