Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Human Resources is necessary.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in recruitment and talent acquisition, is expected.
  • Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees, with a focus on organizational development, is required.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills are essential.
  • Attention to detail and good judgment are vital.
