Senior Medical Billing Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Team Lead to join our US Healthcare operations.
The ideal candidate will bring 5–7 years of medical billing experience with strong expertise in NextGen EMR/PM systems and proven leadership skills to manage and guide a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of medical billing professionals handling end-to-end RCM activities.
- Ensure accurate charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, denial management, and AR follow-up.
- Monitor team performance and ensure SLAs, quality, and productivity benchmarks are met.
- Handle escalations and provide resolution support for complex billing issues.
- Collaborate with management to drive process improvements and client satisfaction.
- Train team members on NextGen and billing best practices.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5–7 years in US Healthcare Medical Billing, with at least 2 years in a team lead/supervisory role.
- Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience with NextGen EMR/PM systems.
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work Night Shift (US Hours).
