Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the financial and commercial operations, including timely and accurate receipting, banking, reconciliation, petty cash management, safe custody of cash and office assets, vendor identification, bill verification, and NEFT-based payments.
  • Coordinate for lease agreements and new branch setups, first-contact resolution and tracking of service requests, scrutinizing and processing claims, payouts, reinstatements, and switches, proactive data cleansing for PAN, bank details, contact information.
  • Support sales recruitment and new business follow-ups, advisor licensing (new and renewals), application processing, coordination for training, MIS preparation, reward and recognition programs.
  • Handle statutory tax payments and documentation, represent the branch in compliance-related hearings, ensure AML compliance and adherence to BCP guidelines, timely disbursement of commissions and TDS certificates, resolve commission-related queries and encourage NEFT usage.
  • Manage joining/exits, F&F settlements, and IT service coordination, oversee housekeeping, security, dispatch, and office resource booking, process new business applications with 100% accuracy, coordinate medicals, scanning/indexing, and timely document delivery.
  • Promote NEFT, ECS, self-service tools, and alternate payment options, drive persistency by contacting customers and sales team support, prevent fraud, manage cheque dishonors, and cost control measures.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operational, financial, commercial, compliance, and administrative activities of the branch. Ensuring 100% adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and supporting revenue conservation and growth initiatives is crucial.

Required Skills and Qualifications
