Job Title: Senior Quality Operations Manager\\[br /]\\[br /]\

  • Oversee a team responsible for quality checks of map data.\\[br /]\\[br /]\\[i]Key Responsibilities:\/i]\
    • \
    • Lead, mentor and motivate a team of Quality analysts to achieve operational goals.\\[br /]\\[br /]\\[i]Responsibilities include but are not limited to:\/i]\
      • \
      • Implement data quality policy and validation rules.\\[br /]\\[br /]\\[i]Objectives:\/i]\
        • \
        • Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality metrics and client guidelines.\\[br /]\\[br /]\\[i]Goals:\/i]\
          • \
          • Track team performance using data quality KPIs and provide actionable feedback to team members.\\[br /]\\[br /]\\[i]Tasks:\/i]\
            • \
            • Collect, analyze and interpret complex data related to quality control processes, utilizing tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement.\\[br /]\\[br /]\\[i]Scope:\/i]\
              • \
              • Generate comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.\\[br /]\\[br /]\\[i]Requirements:\/i]\
                • \
                • Identify and address quality issues promptly.\\[br /]\\[br /]\\[i]Criteria:\/i]\
                  • \
                  • Collaborate with Process Excellence and data creation teams to implement best quality practices in mapping operations.\\[br /]\\[br /]\\[i]Deliverables:\/i]\
                    • \
                    • Provide regular updates to Quality Manager on team performance and process improvements.\\[br /]\\[br /]\\[i]Timeline:\/i]\
                      • \
                      • Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, regulations and industry best practices.\\[br /]\\[br /]\\[i]Risks:\/i]\
                        • \
                        • Any Graduate.\\[br /]\\[br /]\\[i]Preferred Qualifications:\/i]\
                          • \
                          • Additional certifications in quality management (e.g. ISO 9001, Six Sigma) are desirable.
                          \
                        • 5+ years of experience in quality control management.\
                        • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results.\
                        • At least 1 year of experience in Quality supervisory role or 2 years of experience in Quality Analyst role.
