Key Responsibilities:
  • Design visually appealing and refined assets for digital platforms that reflect simplicity, clarity, and elegance.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to develop creative solutions aligned with the strategy and tone.
  • Mentor junior designers, ensuring high standards of minimalistic and thoughtful design.
  • Maintain consistency across touchpoints with a focus on clean, intuitive, and sophisticated layouts.
  • Translate complex ideas into easily understandable visuals that are subtle yet impactful.
  • Stay informed about global design trends and apply them where appropriate.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently without compromising on attention to detail or design integrity.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in elegant and high-end design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Motion graphics or video editing experience is a plus.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and use of space to create clean and balanced designs.
  • Ability to develop understated yet effective designs communicating the message.
  • Experience working with international teams or brands, with sensitivity to cross-cultural approaches.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a natural sense of aesthetic balance.
