We are seeking a skilled and innovative Visual Communications Specialist to create visually appealing and impactful designs that align with our brand identity across multiple ventures.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, print, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling and creative visual content for various mediums.
- Print media and offline branding including banners, in-store displays, posters, hoardings, metro pillars, and logo-related offline campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize design ideas and execute effective campaigns.
- Create branding materials including brochures, banners, presentations, advertisements, and packaging.
- Ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all design projects.
- Work on video editing, reels, and basic motion graphics when required.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and new creative approaches.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer (2-3 years preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design (added advantage).
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
