Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer and Creative Lead to join our organization. As a key member of the creative team, you will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality visual assets that exceed client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional visual skills, a strong portfolio of work, and experience working in a fast-paced agency environment with tight deadlines. You will be expected to execute at a high standard while also guiding others to raise their work to that level.

Candidates should be confident in both executing and critiquing design work to professional standards and have a proven track record of delivering results under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Execution (Core Focus — ~70%):
    • Produce high-quality creative assets: social media graphics, PDFs, decks, campaign visuals, ads, and storyboards.
    • Work on critical, high-priority projects directly to ensure deadlines are met.
    • Adapt designs quickly for different platforms (social, web, video, etc.), ensuring performance and usability.
    • Maintain and update brand guidelines and assets.
  • Creative & Quality Oversight (~30%):
    • Review all creative outputs for consistency, spacing, hierarchy, alignment, and adherence to brand guidelines.
    • Act as the quality gatekeeper to minimize revisions and ensure assets are client-ready before they reach project managers.
    • Provide clear, constructive feedback to the design team that raises the bar beyond 'baseline' execution.
  • Team & Project Support:
    • Mentor junior designers by sharing feedback rooted in design principles.
    • Help manage timelines, priorities, and workload allocation to ensure smooth delivery.
    • Partner with project managers and leadership to align creative execution with business and client needs.
    • Handle occasional queries related to creative assets, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
