Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire Human Resource function, encompassing onboarding, payroll coordination, performance management, and offboarding.

• Develop and implement HR policies to align with legal requirements and organizational values.

• Foster employee engagement and retention through initiatives like feedback mechanisms, culture-building programs, and wellbeing efforts.

• Collaborate with business leaders for strategic workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational structuring.

• Conduct internal audits, ensure documentation readiness, and drive process improvements for operational efficiency.

• Partner with recruitment teams to identify talent acquisition strategies and fill business-critical roles using AI-driven tools and ATS platforms.

• Utilize HR analytics and reporting to track attrition, employee performance, and engagement levels, informing data-driven decision-making.

• Promote a high-trust work environment by addressing employee grievances, conflict resolution, and ensuring fair treatment.

• Mentor junior HR professionals to develop their skills within the HR function.

• Ensure compliance in all HR processes, including data privacy, workplace safety, and DEI best practices.

• Coordinate training programs and career development initiatives with Learning & Development teams.

• Stay updated with emerging HR tech trends, especially AI in HR, for informed decision-making and strategic alignment.

• Contribute to the onboarding experience and post-hiring engagement by working closely with TA and operations teams.

• Present HR dashboards and performance reports to leadership to support continuous improvement and workforce alignment.
