Job Title: Advanced Materials Fabricator

The role is to manufacture high-quality composite components for drone airframes, working closely with engineering teams to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain various composite manufacturing equipment.
  • Prepare composite materials such as pre-preg carbon fiber, fiberglass, and epoxy resins.
  • Perform layup of composite materials onto molds ensuring proper orientation, ply sequence, and resin distribution.
  • Conduct trimming, drilling, sanding, painting, and finishing operations on composite parts.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Mechanical or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in composite manufacturing process engineering.
  • Knowledge of composites, vacuum bagging, layup sequence, and aero structure grade raw materials.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
